Lawyer and consultant who specializes in the legal, banking and financial recruitments, Marc-Antoine joined Alec Allan & Associés in 2008. His thorough knowledge of banking and finance as well as his wide contact network make him an indispensable consultant « de la place ». Recruitment expert, he became a partner after 9 years of collaboration.
From 2002 until 2007, Marc-Antoine worked first in internal audit and thereafter for the legal department of Credit Suisse for the Swiss Romandie area. At the end of 2007, Marc-Antoine joined the legal department of BNP Paribas (Suisse) where he worked for a year before joining Alec Allan & Associés.
In January 2018, Marc-Antoine has been elected to the Labor Court in Geneva.

Holder of a Bachelor of Business Administration from Rouen and Arnhem Business Schools. Emilie settled in Geneva in 2008 and since then, she has held various recruitment consultant roles in Europe within major international recruitment firms.

Martine GAUDERON ALEC
Senior Recruitment Consultant
Martine is recognized as being one of the leading specialists for recruiting for legal, tax and compliance roles in French-Speaking Switzerland.
Martine holds a law degree from the University of Fribourg and was admitted to the Bar in Geneva. She began her legal career in law firms in Geneva and London and went on to work as in-house counsel in a multinational corporation.
Anxious to utilize her legal knowledge and her broad professional network, Martine founded her first recruitment firm in 1993 which then went on to become Alec Allan & Associés SA in 1999 when she entered into partnership with Linda Allan.

Linda ALLAN
Senior Recruitment Consultant
Linda joined forces with Martine Gauderon Alec, and they decided to create Alec Allan & Associés in 1999.
Today, Linda runs recruiting for Marketing, Communication, Human Resources and General Management roles.
Linda was educated in Humanities and Political Science at the Geneva University. In her early career, she worked on special missions for the Swiss diplomatic service in Bern. It was a good gateway to international executive search which she learnt about in a leading English firm between 1984 and 1991.

Marie LABELLE
Recruitment Consultant
Marie joined Alec Allan & Associés in January 2016 as a recruitment consultant. She is responsible for recruiting for positions in Human Resources, Supply Chain, Procurement & Logistics and Customer Service.
Marie holds a French diploma in Human Resources and followed a course in Business Administration in Finland.
She has professional experience in both external and internal human resources. She began her career within the Auchan Group where she was responsible for training missions, recruitment and HR administration.
In 2010, Marie joined a recruitment firm in Paris specializing in the Retail sector as a research associate. From 2012 to 2015, she progressed to the role of recruitment consultant for Procurement, Sales and Logistics.
